Grading

We specialize in refurbished equipment so let’s briefly touch on our grading system.

  • A Grade= best condition possible with the least sign of use
  • B Grade = signs of use, possible scratches and trackpad wear
  • C Grade = visible marks and signs of use, possible chassis damage such as a crack or dent, possible screen markings

All the computer hardware is tested and working 100% functional. The grading is purely cosmetic.

All of C2KIT’s equipment is sold with a 1-year warranty and 1-year remote and telephonic support.

Please note that we install Solid State Drives (SSD) in most of our products. These drives can read up to 10 times faster and write up to 20 times faster than a conventional Hard Disk Drive and are our suggested choice for any PC or laptop storage. SSDs can withstand accidental drops and other shocks, vibration, extreme temperatures, and magnetic fields better than HDDs so are ideal for laptops.”
