Submit a Rental Request

Either right here on the website, or simply by talking to one of us on live chat or contact us directly. You can select from our full range online. If your cart total exceeds R55 000 ex VAT you will be eligible for rental, then simply checkout. Contact our sales team at [email protected] and confirm a rental request quoting your order number. One of our consultants will assess and get back to you.

Confirm the Quote

Once we have reviewed your request, we will email you a formal rental quote. Our consultants will be happy to make any changes or answer any questions you might have. Then, once you are completely satisfied, confirm the quote by signing and returning it along with any required documentation. Your order will be processed and reviewed, all necessary checks will be run and we will confirm your order within 24 business hours

Await Delivery

Once your order has passed our final quality checks, it will be dispatched and delivered directly to you. We pride ourselves in our high-quality products, and to help maintain that quality our IT equipment is placed under warranty for the duration of your rental term.

Return or Extend

Making your rental process as hassle free as possible is always our main priority. As such, when your rental term has ended simply contact your consultant to confirm the return details and we will handle the rest. Or, if you’d prefer to keep enjoying our product, just ask the consultant and they can extend your term 24 months at a time.
